At Aire Pro Heating and Air Conditioning Inc., we know that not everyone needs the same service plans, that is why we other two different service plans. Our base plan is our Silver Security Plan and our higher plan is our Gold Security Plan. Select the logo below to view more information!
Our HVAC Service Plans
General Terms and Conditions
- Any alterations, adjustments or repairs made by others, unless authorized or agreed upon by Aire Pro Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc, will be cause to terminate our obligation under this agreement.
- Repairs resulting from fire, floods, act of God, abuse, vandalism or the improper use of the listed equipment will be the sole responsibility of the Owner and are not covered by this agreement.
- This agreement does not cover any work or changes which might at some future date be required by government regulations, codes or insurance company needs or requirements. This will include, but not be limited to, the recovery, recycling, reclamation; handling and disposal of all refrigerants and additional costs incurred for refrigerant tax and/or increased costs due to shortages.
- This agreement includes all control wiring between indoor and outdoor units and the thermostat(s), and power wiring and controls within the units. Not included is external power wiring, circuit breakers and disconnects supplying electrical service for the units. Likewise, gas piping that is external to the unit is not covered.
- This agreement does not cover ductwork, structural supports or other sheet metal components, which may deteriorate due to corrosion or rust.
- This agreement does not cover either replacement of any equipment or replacement of any condenser or evaporator coils.
- Should any equipment need to be replaced during the term of this contract, the full amount of contract money will be refunded to the homeowner in the form of credit against the replacement of that equipment.
- The Contractor’s maximum liability based upon any claim or cause of action shall not exceed the yearly contract price of this agreement.
- The Contractor agrees to repair or replace the covered part(s) of the described equipment when such a repair is required due to mechanical failure. Replacement of any part(s) will be made with like kind and quality parts.
- Upon sale of the property, this agreement for the described equipment and address is transferable to the new owners for a $ 25.00 processing fee.
- This contract is designed for a period of one year. Any credit card transactions that are declined will carry a twenty five dollar penalty per transaction plus any applicable bank charges.
- This contract will automatically renew annually unless written notice is received by Aire Pro Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc within thirty days of renewal date of contract.
Additional Terms & Conditions
Services not covered by any of these plans are deemed “Non Contract”. Items not covered under these plans consist of loss of power beyond our control. Power switches turned off. Thermostat being improperly set is not covered. Repairs and service calls that are deemed non-contract or non-covered repairs under these service agreements will be billed at the rates set below:

Aire Pro Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc reserves the right to inspect, cover under this maintenance agreement and/or decline coverage according to equipment age or condition of the equipment to be covered. This agreement does not imply coverage or liability for injury or damages resulting from failure of equipment or consequential damages due to delays or inability to supply parts or any cause not within our control. Aire Pro Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc assumes no liability for unoccupied or unattended buildings or living spaces.
This agreement does not cover labor and/or parts replacements due to acts of God, (Floods, lightning, fire, frozen pipes), nor does it cover power outages or water damage. Any causes of failure beyond our control are not covered.
Aire Pro Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc assumes no obligation of obsolete or out dated parts that are no longer available. We will make every attempt to secure replacement parts if possible. Should OEM parts no longer be available, the equipment will be condemned and you will receive a 15% discount towards the replacement of new equipment installed by Aire Pro Heating & Air Conditioning, Inc.
EXCLUSIONS – HEATING
PARTS & LABOR NOT COVERED UNDER ANY SERVICE and/or MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT are as follows:
Complete System Replacement, Combustion Chamber, Heat Exchanger, Secondary Heat Exchanger, Chimney, Chimney Liner, Smoke Pipe, Energy Dampers, Gas Piping, Gas Meter, Gas Pressure Regulator, Fuel Tank, Non OEM Parts Already Replaced, Draft Controls, Bleeding Radiators, Radiators, Baseboards, Convectors, Radiator Valves, Pipe Leaks, Electro Mechanical Clock Thermostats, Ductwork Repairs, Equipment Housings, Painting, Main Electrical Panels, Electrical Sub-Panels, Fuse Panels, Breaker Panels, Circuit Breakers, Condensate Drain Lines, Electronic Air Cleaners, Zone Dampers, EMS Systems, Registers & Grilles, Loss Of Any Utilities Required For Proper Operation, Secondary Damage Of Any Kind. OEM, Variable Speed Or ECM Blower and/or Inducer Motors Are Not Covered For Parts But Will Carry Labor Coverage Unless Wiring or Harness & Mounting Changes Along With Any System Modifications Are Required By The Manufacturer. All Circuit Boards Will Carry A Three Hundred Fifty Dollar Deductible.
EXCLUSIONS – AIR CONDITIONING
PARTS & LABOR NOT COVERED UNDER ANY SERVICE & MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT are as follows:
Complete System Replacement, Compressor, Evaporator Coil, Condenser Coil, Variable Speed and ECM Condenser Motors, Reversing Valve, Refrigerant Leak Repairs, Refrigerant, Ductwork Repairs, Equipment Housings, Main Electrical Panels, Electrical Sub-Panels, Fuse Panels, Breaker Panels, Circuit Breakers, Condensate Drain Lines, Electronic Air Cleaners, Zone Dampers, EMS Systems, Registers & Grilles. OEM, Variable Speed Or ECM Condenser Motors Are Not Covered For Parts But Will Carry Labor Coverage Unless Wiring, Harness Or Mounting Changes Along With Any System Modifications Are Required By The Manufacturer. All Circuit Boards Will Carry A Three Hundred Fifty Dollar Deductible.
