Service Plan Routine

Heating

1. Check thermostat for level
2. Calibrate thermostat, if applicable
3. Replace/clean all air filters (Customer Supplied)
4. Check flue pipe & breaching
5. Inspect heat exchanger, if accessible
6. Check and clean burners
7. Check inlet/outlet gas pressure
8. Check/adjust fuel/air mixture, if applicable
9. Inspect blower assembly
10. Check motors for proper rotation
11. Check electrical connections
12. Test system safety devices
13. Check for gas leaks at furnace
14. Check/clean flame sensor
15. Check ignition system
16. Check for carbon monoxide
17. Check temperature rise
18. Check combustion airflow
19. Cycle furnace to ensure correct operation
20. Give a written diagnostic report of findings

Cooling

1. Check thermostat for level
2. Calibrate thermostat, if applicable
3. Replace/clean all air filters (Customer Supplied)
4. Inspect indoor coil, if accessible
5. Insect blower assembly
6. Check blower speed
7. Inspect the wiring and control circuit at indoor unit
8. Inspect for visible refrigerant leaks
9. Check drain lines and/or condensate pump, if accessible
10. Lubricate moving parts, if necessary
11. Check start contactor
12. Test system safety devices, at the outdoor unit if applicable
13. Inspect/clean outdoor unit
14. Check operating temperatures
15. Check for proper operating voltage/amp draw at outdoor unit
16. Check coil temperature drops
17. Cycle equipment to check for proper operation
18. Give a written diagnostic of report findings
