Service Plan Routine
Heating
- Check thermostat for level
- Calibrate thermostat, if applicable
- Replace/clean all air filters (Customer Supplied)
- Check flue pipe & breaching
- Inspect heat exchanger, if accessible
- Check and clean burners
- Check inlet/outlet gas pressure
- Check/adjust fuel/air mixture, if applicable
- Inspect blower assembly
- Check motors for proper rotation
- Check electrical connections
- Test system safety devices
- Check for gas leaks at furnace
- Check/clean flame sensor
- Check ignition system
- Check for carbon monoxide
- Check temperature rise
- Check combustion airflow
- Cycle furnace to ensure correct operation
- Give a written diagnostic report of findings
Cooling
- Check thermostat for level
- Calibrate thermostat, if applicable
- Replace/clean all air filters (Customer Supplied)
- Inspect indoor coil, if accessible
- Insect blower assembly
